For James Finch Racing and Kyle Busch Motorsports, D-day will be Feb. 4, when they learn whether or not they'll be sponsored for the 2010 season.

The Miccosukee Indian Gaming has sponsorships in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series, the Nationwide Series, and the Camping World Truck Series and could possibly be terminating those sponsorships.

Weeks before the 2010 NASCAR seasons kick off at Daytona, it's a concerning problem with NASCAR losing sponsors.

The tribe runs the Miccosukee Resort and Gaming casino located in Miami and also along the Southeastern edge of the Florida Everglades.

On Jan. 5, they elected a new chairman Colley Billie, whom ran a campaign focused on a new proactive economic development platform.

They plan a Feb. 4 vote to decide whether or not to continue its sponsorship involvement in NASCAR.

According to the Observer and thatsracin.com, sources have told them that chances of the tribe continuing it's involvement in NASCAR is slim to known.

Yet Kyle Busch Motorsports will field Kyle Busch and Brian Ickler regardless of whether or not Miccosukee sponsorship continues.

For James Finch Racing (who will have James Buescher in the Nationwide and Aric Almirola in Sprint Cup competing with sponsorship with Miccosukee), it's not yet known how this news will effect the team.

A shame since Almirola just can't catch a break regardless the series he runs in NASCAR. Buescher just moved up to the Nationwide, he's a promising young talent, and hope this doesn't set his career back.
